Rachael Butler received a Masters in Counseling and has received specialized training in Internal Family Systems therapy* from the Center for Self Leadership. Her vocational background includes an undergraduate degree in Theatre Arts, experience in recruitment, HR management, executive assistance and international travel where she has presented psychoeducational material in a number of cultural contexts. She is able to communicate therapeutically to people of diverse cultural, professional and economic backgrounds.
Rachael enjoys working with women struggling with mood disorders, major life transitions and sexual/emotional trauma.
Rachael is also a certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator who works with couples wanting to enrich the emotional connection in their relationships. She takes the Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy approach to her work with relationships.
